When you use our contact form or submit a race listing, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and race details. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry or process your listing request.

We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, session duration, device type) through Google Analytics 4 to understand how our site is used and improve it. This data is anonymised and aggregated.

We use cookies to enable analytics and remember your cookie consent preference. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner when you first visit the site. Essential cookies required for the site to function are always active.

We use the information you submit to respond to enquiries, review and publish race listings, and communicate with race organisers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data. Google may process data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We also use GoDaddy infrastructure for hosting and form delivery.

Form submissions and enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were submitted. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information held by us. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the contact page.
